1.) 4G vs 3G networks. In relation to data, both 4G and 3G networks consume the same amount of data at a time only that at 4G network data is loaded more quickly that 3G networks. In terms of battery charge, 4G network consumes more power as loads more faster.
2.) Background apps. They say closing background applications can save battery charge but this is not the case. This us because when using your phone, when you close one app and start using another one, the first one is stored in the RAM to reopen from the time you left it.
3.) Megapixels in the camera. The megapixels in the camera does not determine the quality of the photos. This is because the quality of the megapixels matter more than the quantity of the megapixels. A phone with a 12mp camera can take a better photo quality than that of 48mp camera.
4.) Charging overnight. You can charge overnight however you want it without your phone getting destroyed. This is because modern phones has an extra protection on the chips and in the software that won’t let them charge over 100%. It will just stop automatically.
5.) Drying your phone. In case you drop your phone into water, don’t ever use a hair dryer to try and dry it. This will cause your device to overheat. Don’t also use rice to dry your phone, as they only absorb moisture from the outside of your phone rather than the inside. The starch off the rice can also get into the cracks of your phone and damage it further.
6.) Charging port. Don’t stick any metal into the charging port of your phone. It will short circuit it and destroy it.
7.) Public WiFi. Don’t ever pass on your personal data or any financial details when using a free public WiFi. That is because they are open to anyone including the hackers.
8.) Charging cables. It is important not to expose your charging cables to very cold temperatures or weather. This chargers usually break in winter because low temperatures makes the cables harder and less flexible.
9.) Fast chargers. They don’t damage the phone battery. Instead they make the charging process more quick, if the charge reaches 80% and 90%, they charge slowly until its fully charged.
